Jes Petion is the author of “A Remarkable Marketable You: A Guide to Career Success Planning,” which embodies her dedication to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. She is also the founder of Eleven Twenty-Two, LLC, where she provides expert guidance in career planning, skill development, and leadership enhancement.
Jes’s passion for fostering growth and innovation aligns perfectly with the podcast’s mission. Her dynamic approach to mentoring and storytelling brings a unique perspective to every episode.

Jordan Weiss has been a driving force at Diversity in Action magazine, dedicating his career to amplifying underrepresented voices in STEAM. Through impactful storytelling and editorial leadership, Jordan has helped spotlight trailblazers breaking barriers and fostering inclusion in their fields.
Jordan is also a music producer with a master’s in music technology from NYU. His music production and sound design work has been featured on networks including NBC, CBS, MTV, VH1, Discovery Channel and Food Network.
